Terms of Services

I. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE

THE ARTIST:-I retain all rights to the commission (distribution, self-promotion, display on public sites, commission samples, etc.)
-I do not take credit for the ownership of the design and characters featured in the artwork.
-I maintain the right to turn down any commission request for any reason.
-I have rights to alter my Terms and Services at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won’t influence orders started on older terms.THE CLIENT:-Client must be over 18 years old.
-Commissions are for personal use only: gifts, wallpaper, personal prints, icons, header, profile pictures, posts on social media with credit to the artist. (@loveslaunch or a link to my public profile)
-Do not use drafts and progress photos I provide for any other purpose beside commissioning me and your personal use. Do not use my sketch to commission other artists. Do not trace, alter, edit the commission. Do not distribute, reproduce or otherwise profit from the commission. Do not take credit for the creation of the commission.
-If you are not sure about any usage of the artwork, please ask me directly for permission.
-Do not use the commission in any blockchain technology, which includes NFTs, crypto-currency and future similar inventions.
- Do not use the commission for image generating purposes such as AIs or any future similar invention.

II. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

- Payment is via PayPal in euros.
- Cryptocurrency will not be accepted as payment.
- 100% of the payment is upfront to confirm your booking.
- You will be sent an invoice as proof of transaction. You will have a week to complete the indicated transaction. Past this delay, your commission slot will be canceled and attributed to somebody else.
- You can cancel our transaction before I have delivered a first draft that has been approved by you. At this point, I will refund you half of the payment.
- Past approval of the sketch or delivery of the artwork, refunds are not possible. Disliking the artwork or having a change of mind are not considered for a refund.
- Full payment will be refunded if I have to cancel for any personal reason. By full amount, I mean the net amount I received.If you wish to tip me, commission placed or not, you can use my ko-fi tip jar!

III. PROCESS

- Place your commission request in the order section by filling in the commission form. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please notify me in the last section of the form.
- Wait until I contact you to confirm your commission (a week delay the maximum). At this point, we will talk about your drawing idea and I will ask for further information if needed. We will also proceed with payment: I will send you an invoice that you have to complete within a week.
- I will also inform you of your placement in the commission list. When I finally get to your commission, I will let you know by messaging you.
- I will then proceed with working on the sketch of your commission. After revisions and approval from you, I will move on to the lineart and coloring phase.
- Once the piece is finished, I will send you a sample for small revisions. Only minimal changes will be accepted. Large redraws or edits that will alter the composition and construction of the commission won't be possible at this stage, or will be charged additional fees depending on how feasable they are. If I make a mistake with the character design, I will fix it for free.
- I will send you the approved and finished piece by email in .png format. File will be in high resolution ad won't include the working files (.psd, .csp).
- Time between sketch and finished piece is about 1~4 weeks depending on my schedule.
- If I need to extend the deadline at any point, I will let you know.
